OLED are tv's that you can roll up and take with you on the road. They are about an 1/8" thick and extrude fantastic color from all angles. These televisions are only available in Japan and can cost up to $1,800. I really do think this will be one of the biggest waves in flat screen tv technology. Take a look at this picture, I want one already!

ReplyDeleteThis is actually a technolgy that I have been following the development of for about the past ten years. The OLED screens have just begun to come out of R&D and penetrate the consumer market in the last year or two. I want one myself. They are so cool !

ReplyDeleteThis is interesting technology. I know they are making advances everyday, but it is interesting to see this. If you find out when they are selling them in the US, please post it. I am sure the prices will go down
